Catalina Tropics has pride in keeping a clean, and well-maintained property. We always strive to exceed our residents’ expectations.
Please note that all maintenance requests except emergencies will be done on the next scheduled service date.
Please call the manager directly if your request is an emergency. If it is after hours, please call the emergency phone number provided to you with your move-in documents.
